San Diego Zoo Safari Park Wedding
"My wife and I had a great experience with Liza as our DJ in both the planning process and the wedding day. We first met Liza through dance lessons as she was helping us prepare for our first dance, and we were so happy we also decided to make Liza our DJ. Liza worked around our schedule and met us at convenient times for us, was available for us anytime, and was very thorough and thoughtful in helping us select songs for the grand entrance, dinner music, and dancing. She incorporated both our tastes and backgrounds since half the guests were American, and half Chinese. Liza did a great job managing the sound system and setup based on the floor plan and table setups. The first dance and parent dances were definitely the highlights of the wedding, thanks to Liza. She was also a great emcee and made the transitions between dinner, dancing, and toasts seamless. Liza got all age groups on the dance floor, from little kids, college/grads, and parents with creative themes and track organization. We would recommend Liza for any couple!"

"Liza is definitely as good as it gets! Liza came recommended from a friend when I started talking about my idea for my 40th birthday (and 15th wedding anniversary) house party. I wanted to have a hoe down- and have someone teach line dancing to the guests. I met with Liza and she asked if she could not only teach line dancing, but DJ the whole party! She was fantastic to work with. She has great ideas and when it came time for the party - she was TOP notch. I would highly recommend her for wedding dances, party/DJ/dancing or anything creative - she will help develop!"
Triple Birthday Party
"We hired Liza for a triple birthday party. It was the best decision for the party! Since we were celebrating 50th, 18th and 16th birthdays, we had a quite a large variety of music. We sent Liza a LONG list of song requests, and she cheerfully obtained all the songs.
On the day of the event, Liza arrived about an hour early. Her equipment was very professional and she set up her DJ table tastefully. During dinner, she played all of our “slow” music, and kept things moving. After dinner, she put on the party music and started with simple dance lessons to get people on the dance floor. Then she kept the dance floor full alternating between the different generation and genres of music we had selected. She was a big hit and we had a lot of positive feedback from our guests...from teenagers to the older “kids.” We look forward to another excuse for a party with Liza!"
